The terms that apply when you get a quote or book work with R. Reeds Plastering & Decorating.
Quotes are given free and without obligation, based on the information and photos you provide. Prices may be adjusted if the scope of work changes once we see the job in person, and we will always confirm any change with you before proceeding.
Once a quote is accepted, work is scheduled subject to availability. Please ensure reasonable access to the work area and, where relevant, that surfaces are clear so we can start on time.
We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked job. Repeated late cancellations may affect future availability.
We carry out all plastering, painting and decorating work to a professional standard using suitable materials for the job. Any warranty on materials is provided by the manufacturer; our own workmanship is guaranteed for a reasonable period after completion — get in touch if anything is not right and we will put it right.
We take care to protect your property while working, but ask that valuable or fragile items are moved clear of the work area beforehand. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to matters directly caused by our negligence.
Payment terms are agreed at the time of quoting. Larger jobs may require a deposit or staged payments, which will be set out clearly before work begins.
